I have visited this store a few occasions now, as i look after 30+ wild birds.
The staff here are super friendly and so helpful.
The range of items for all types of pets are very high quality and good prices.
As i have a disability i was very touched at the level of care and friendliness shown, aswell as their knowledge and guidance to good choices.
Very family friendly atmosphere.

I often pop into this pets at home to get rabbit supplies when visiting my family in Norwich, each time I have had the pleasure of being served by the young American women, how name I believe is Xochitl. She is absolutely fantastic and how every employee should be!

I have to say the American (?) woman on the till needs to dial back her enthusiasm 1000%. She's done nothing wrong at all, I'm sure she is an excellent employee but this American fake customer service bull I can't stand. I have been served by her several times over the last year or two. Earlier in the week I wanted to pick up a treat for my dog as he'd had a hard time at the vets upstairs. I was nearly at the till when I saw it was her on, I put the treat back and walked out, no way was I dealing with that after the stress of the vet! I now routinely go to Jolley's instead because I really can't deal with the fake saccharine customer service, and it's cheaper!
