The vet for this dental was Hannah Spooner - she was extremely kind, professional and articulate, explaining clearly what would happen during the operation. We had complete confidence in Hannah and felt totally reassured and pleased that our dog was in her capable hands. After the procedure, she telephoned with a full update. We couldn’t have wished for a better vet and we now have a much happier dog. 😊

They were great up to i needed a emergency appointment for or cat and they never had the tablets he needed all ways had to wait days before they would order them in they now he could not go with out them. So we now go to Caister Vets they are wonderful you need an emergency appointment you get one and the tablets are always in stock. Very sad this vets have been taken over by a company that doesn't care about their staff and customers. would not recommend.
