The Grove are not our usual vets - they are the 'out of hours' surgery for Swaffham Vets.
We arrived in Fakenham, worried and deeply concerned for our tiny kitten Merlin. They did so much for him; heart checks, ultrasound scans and blood tests etc. They kept him in the hospital for 24hr observation, keeping us informed every step of the way. They were so kind and gentle with tiny Merlin, showing him so much love and care. Thankfully Merlin was able to come home again after a few days, and is now back to being a tiny furry tyrant. Thank you everyone at the Grove.

Saw our little dog this morning OOH (so not our usual vets) who seemed to suffering with back pain, once we got there he flew out of the car like nothing was wrong (I'm guessing it was the excitement of being somewhere new) the lovely receptionist said if we thought he was feeling better we didn't have to have him seen, which was great as it would of saved us the consultation fee. We did have him seen and the really nice vet was very thorough checking him all over and confirmed our suspicions, that there was discomfort with his back and prescribed him painkillers and to keep him calm and quiet and see how he responds to the medication before taking it any further. After our first experience using this vets we would recommend, lovely staff and a very clean waiting and consultation area, plenty of parking and grass verge for dogs to do their business.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Josh, a vet at The Grove.
I brought my Cockapoo 'Milo' in with some health concerns and, unfortunately, the outcome was not what we had hoped for as pet owners. Despite this, Josh showed exceptional kindness, empathy and professionalism throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured we felt supported during a very difficult situation.
The Grove is extremely fortunate to have a vet of Josh’s calibre. His compassionate approach, excellent communication skills and genuine care made a significant difference to our experience. As a customer, I believe this level of service and dedication deserves to be recognised.
