Have not and will not ever use this practice again after a completle misdiagnosis of my beautiful greyhound by the then head vet Vanessa which led to her having to be put to sleep at an emergency vets after hours service later in the day . That was just over 2 years ago but it's important that people who read reviews just know how bad this lot are . The practice manager at the time would not take any responsibility for the actions of his vet and only lack of funds stopped me taking this further. Years later it's still hurting .

All I can say is my Cane Corso loves coming to see everyone here, I completely trust the staff who have always treated my dogs with kindness and professionalism, they always go that extra mile for you. Unlike other vets, it’s not all about the money, they really care about you and your pet. I highly recommend this lovely practice

The vet was great. Reception was polite and caring.
How ever when I went in to sort out a claim form. I was shocked at how rude abrupt and patronising David was to me and then to another customer. Don’t think I will be going back

I cannot thank everyone from the Vets in Aylsham. So kind and consideration from everyone.
My poor Barney had to be put to sleep on 02/05/23. They helped arrange the cremation at Silvermere haven. Collected ashes today and Barney back home. A big thank you to you all

Aylsham vets have been wonderful, my cat had a very bad wound to the back of his leg and the care they have given him is outstanding. Everyone is so caring, friendly and very helpful, went back today to have his stitches removed but they wouldn't as they didn't want wound to open up so they said they would try at the end of the week. They always think and put your pet first. Thank you so much for everything ❤
