- BWBrian WattsJul 4, 20261.0Have not and will not ever use this practice again after a completle misdiagnosis of my beautiful greyhound by the then head vet Vanessa which led to her having to be put to sleep at an emergency vets after hours service later in the day . That was just over 2 years ago but it's important that people who read reviews just know how bad this lot are . The practice manager at the time would not take any responsibility for the actions of his vet and only lack of funds stopped me taking this further. Years later it's still hurting .

Unlike other vets, it’s not all about the money, they really care about you and your pet. I highly recommend this lovely practice

Everyone is so caring, friendly and very helpful, went back today to have his stitches removed but they wouldn't as they didn't want wound to open up so they said they would try at the end of the week. They always think and put your pet first. Thank you so much for everything ❤
