- RWRachael WarnesSep 7, 20261.0Absolutely disgraceful service. Many years I have had my dogs registered here. All 6 of them. I file a complaint for poor service and all of a sudden it changes - my dogs ear medication is being withheld and they will not release the flea and worm medication on my healthy pet - each dog has and not one solitary payment has been missed. Tim the practice assistant as well as the practice manager Kerry herself - rude and unprofessional. Formal complaints in with CVS
