Thank you so much to Acle vets especially Serena who was kind, caring and explained everything to me at cinderellas appointment(unlike another vets who said he had only got 6 minutes to access her!)
Cinders was straight away in the ambulance and operated on immediately I can’t thank them enough. She had an overnight stay in Gorleston vets, they too were lovely. On returning home she wasn’t eating or drinking so I took her back to Acle to see Tim yesterday who was also amazing, she has eaten a little just got to get her drinking. They also set me up with a payment plan, couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful team at Acle vets.
