I am an experienced guinea pig owner with 6 seperate 14 square feec t and c cages. Plus spare cages. Currently 7 guinea pigs 6 boars one girl.
Asked about sows as was looking for a femals cage mate for odd girl.
Jobsworths in this store who were cluess about guinea pigs. Asked to see picture of set up. Showed them the picture of the stackable 2 x 5 c and cs i use from the specialist website I use.
Jobsworth woulndt accept that. So ill go and buy one from proper pet shop like Emersons then guys 👍
No wonder rescue centres are full, when a pet shop wont sell a pet to experienced owners who know more than the staff.
Wont be buying any of my pet supplies for all my piggies from here anymore neither. I spend hundrends a month on my piggies so ill take my custom elsewhere.

Asked the girl on the till because there was no staff to help me with advice and honestly it was as if she didn’t care or anything I asked for basic remedy’s to help my cat out and it was like she couldn’t be bothered with it … looked around the store and no body else was there … as someone who suffers with anxiety going into shops and speaking to people that has properly knocked me

Went in for a £6 replacement feathery bird for a cat toy....left with £30 of cat toys! Shop was clean and tidy, a imams all looked well looked after and the layout easy to follow. Didn't notice any empty shelves and the staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommend this PAH store, will definitely be there again.
