One member of staff was inexperienced and provided wrong information regarding cat nip oil vs leaves. Overall staff were helpful.

Went into pets at home, rabbits looked scared with little bedding, went in with the hopes of getting some more neon tetras, got to the fish section and had a look at the Betta’s, fish normally needing a large tank, the single Betta was cramped into a small tank with nothing to engage with, in the tank next to the betta was a dead one, which looked to be half way through rotting, the only Betta left, had a lump on its head, which looked like a tumour or a infection, no signage or anything to display this information, so un knowing fish owners could take it home and infect the whole tank.
Not best pleased with this place and won’t be returning again.
