I cannot recommend them enough especially Paula who is an amazing vet and truly cares. Gizmo loved her in his final months, she’s gentle and friendly and made him feel at ease. - JRJean RichardsonJan 6, 20235.0My 11 year old dog had an operation to remove a large fatty lump at first vets Heaton and this was followed by 3 follow up visits. On every occasion we were both treated with great friendliness, concern and prompt, efficient service. We were seen on time and the 2 nurses were lovely with my nervous dog, instantly putting her at ease. The vet, Andy, was really good and phoned me after the op to explain all was well. He even popped in to see her on one of my return visits. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a 5 star review is well deserved.
