The Vets (particularly Akshay as he always seems to see us when they’re unwell) are so thorough and communicative and kind and always absolutely brilliant. The Vet nurses are always so lovely and helpful and so are all the reception and admin staff-they are so polite and courteous and caring. I literally can’t thank you all enough! Brilliant!
