- JAJessica AuraAug 3, 20261.0Shame my partner and I have used this practise for many years but service has drastically went down hill since changing hands was told they would phone me back after my appointment but they never did the phone was switched off ( not out of hours so phone still should be be on) could obviously see it was a grass seed in the foot but they didn’t want to operate on a Saturday afternoon so left my dog in agony over the weekend they said to come back in a week if the anti inflammatory didn’t work which it’s obviously not going to take a grass seed out a paw. Some shocking people behind the desk but some lovely so it’s utter shame wish I could leave zero stars.

This vets treatment if our family member in his final hours was disgusting and we will never bring another pet to this practice and the practice manager thinking it’s appropriate to ignore all emails after claiming ‘she’s only an email away if we have any other concerns’ disgusting and avoid at all costs.
