I went to this clinic for my pet’s euthanasia, and the experience was not appropriate for such a delicate moment. They did not wait until my pet was fully unconscious before administering the final injection, as there was still movement and vocalization. Additionally, I felt that everything was rushed, as I was asked several times if I preferred to leave the room.
I would strongly advise other pet owners to ensure that full unconsciousness is confirmed before proceeding.

Your website says you're open til 4pm on a Sat. We raced round at 3.40pm in an uber after hearing someone had purposely ran over a gull whose wing was hanging off with an open fracture (finder left the bird in a plant pot and post a picture to Facebook rather than bother to find a vet themselves) but your shutters were down. It was hours later til we could find a vet (in Chester). This bird suffered for hours because you decided to close early and not bother updating your website or answer machine message.

Honestly this might be the most useless medical service I ever used. My cat was diagnosed with gingivitis after many visity to the doctor and every single medic we had had limited knowledge about the course of action in this case. We were lucky that an intern told us that we have to extract the teeth, the doctors were absolutely useless.
No post surgery checks or advice, no feel of urgency or responsibility, nothing. Everyone in that building looks like they are under a spell.
Having the appointment at a fixed hour only to be taken 30-40 mins later. every single time. Been there for almost 4 years and no sign of improvement.

I am always ready to compliment , comment and, when necessary , complain . On this occasion I offer the highest praise and thanks to Danielle and her team at the Liverpool One Vet . The care , sensitivity and expertise offered during the final consultation for my elderly cat was, without doubt the most caring and dignified experience .
Danielle helped me through a very sad and difficult consultation , which I knew would be the last for my very old cat who was helped to her final sleep . I am grateful for Danielle's calm professional and caring approach Also the follow up sympathy card. was a beautiful thought. Thank you all at Liverpool One Vet . Debra
