When I collected my dog Tari, the hygiene around his bottom area had not been cleaned properly. I raised this concern and even showed a photo of the specific area, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, the groomer became defensive and tried to justify the situation. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the problem. I was simply told that I should find another groomer. I chose Pets at Home because I trusted their reputation, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope the management takes customer concerns more seriously.

We feel we have been sold an animal that was not adequately handled, may not have been in good health, and may have been misrepresented in terms of age. This is extremely disappointing and distressing. Staff very rude when we have tried to find out the cause of the illness. We feel we got pressured into buying a pets at home enclosure even though we had one set up already at home that was perfectly fine with the required guidance guidelines, staff member was very rude wouldn't let us purchase the hamster unless we bought the cage from them. Asked to see a picture of the enclosure and said no straight away even though it was perfectly fine with all the correct measurements and width and height really not sure what that lady's problem is but she needs to brush up on customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place at all avoid edge lane, go to aintree or another nearby one!
