- CHCatherine HowardSep 5, 20265.0Michael was brilliant with my dog and showed he cared very much. As soon as we arrived he greeted my dog like they were best friends and my dog was made to feel very comfortable with him enough to show his affection back even when feeling unwell
- PPpollyAug 20, 20261.0Do not use this vet. Please think twice before bringing your animals here. They do not seem to care about the animals. Their main concern appears to be how much they can charge you Two days ago, I went to collect my dog after her surgery and the male vet, Michael, was extremely dismissive and rude towards me. He yelled at me that she was quite big for her size, despite her being a normal size, and then went on to make comments about how my partner and I are obese. He even compared the size of a dog’s stomach to mine and told me that my weight is my choice but that I shouldn’t be cruel to my dog. When my partner became upset about Michael calling me obese in front of other customers, he told us to go outside and accused us of being aggressive and embarrassing the practice. As a result, I wasn’t able to ask the questions I needed to about my dog’s welfare. I’ve been using this vet for years, so to be spoken to and treated this way was completely unacceptable. I am also disabled, and I felt that I was being judged because of that too. Their attitude changed towards me when I did not want to pay £750 for anti biotics. I don’t even want to leave the house anymore I am insecure about my weight
