We had to have our 13 year old Cocker put to sleep last night. The care and consideration from the first phone call to leaving the premises was outstanding. Thank you to Vet Hannah for your kindness, understanding and patience and to the Nurse who assisted (Sorry I didn't get your name). It's an emotional time losing a family member but we cannot say enough words that demonstrate how considerate they were. Our Peppa hated going to the Vets but last night she was ready to pass and she will have appreciated your tender care. Thank you

Our sweet old girl needed emergency care and we ended up here on a Saturday night.
The staff were amazing from the start. We felt listened to during the consultation. The vet (we didn't catch her name, young with dark hair) was so gentle and reassuring with our dog throughout. She explained all our options professionally, answered all of our questions and gave her honest opinion sensitively when we asked. She cared for our family as well as our dog.
Unfortunately our sweet girl was too poorly. We were given plenty of time before and after the procedure to say goodbye privately. The veterinary staff worked around us so that we could hold our sweet girl and comfort her throughout.
Afterwards, Marissa (I think? Blonde hair) kindly led us out of a different exit to avoid other patients and maintain our dignity. 5 minutes later, she brought out paw prints and fur as keepsakes.
We are eternally grateful to the two veterinary staff. Thank you so much for your care, compassion and support, you both deserve to be recognised 🫶🏻

Absolutely marvellous vets. My very nervous dog went in for operation. The nurses couldn’t have been any more caring. The vet took ages with me on collection. Nothing was too much for them. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much
