Where to start. We couldn't have a better experience with the staff that supported us in finding our pet snake. We visited late last week just to have a look around and immediately found a beautiful corn snake that we fell in love with. When asking for assistance regarding this corn snake, the staff made sure we received all the correct information we needed, from someone who had a good knowledge on reptiles. I'd like to give a huge thank you to claire who was so kind and patient with us, and gave us all the help and advice we needed. She helped us understand what we needed to do to set up the perfect home for our corn snake, what the readings should be and kept her reserved for us ready to collect when her home was ready. We came to the store earlier today to show claire the readings and our vivarium set up and let us know she had no concerns and made us feel very reassured by telling us she couldn't be happier that the corn snake would be going home with us. We now have our snake home and she immediately settled in her vivarium. A massive thank you to the whole team for your support, and to claire who has done an amazing job in raising our corn snake up to now where she'll continue to be loved. You're a fantastic team!

Shop was clean, well stocked. Spent a small fortune on my two guinea pigs as there were several 3 for 4 deals. They sell many products i would not give to my guineas.. treats with seeds, cages only marked tempoary online which are not to reccomended size, but it is up to every owner to do thier own research and if you choose to shop at PAH then this is my fave local to me as ive never had an issue with parking and the shop is always easy to navigate with friendly staff. The bed i got today is good quality and cheaper than online stores i frequent.

Was told I couldn’t buy these fish for a 6ft tank because it was to small said well I have a out door pond she also refused saying they won’t survive and I couldn’t buy them and refused to sell them to me and left me 5 year old buy crying as we left with out a purchase. Was later told at another place I went to not only these fish ok in a tank of 2ft at least they be fine in a pond . This lady had no clue or knowledge of this and very very very poor customer relations. I won’t be going back. Shocking treatment and shocking knowledge of the fish they were selling

A definite parenting hack for rainy days. Plenty of animals for little ones to look at. Sometimes the staff even let the kids hold the guinea pigs etc.
