- BBByron2 days ago5.0I have registered my cat here some time ago and he’s just had his round of vaccines and he’s been microchipped as well. Very positive experience from the start, cozy waiting area, expert personnel and cat friendly. Definitely recommend this place to take care of your pets.
- DMDavid MumfordSep 19, 20265.0The staff here are lovely and it's clear they are all animal lovers. They have provided great service each time we have been, with multiple different animals.
- BBBlueMoonsSep 16, 20265.0Very pleased with staff and care . Got my cat spayed using voucher and this clinic was the closest . Very happy to choose it 😊
- HSHelen StreetAug 27, 20261.0Took my 16 year old cat in today who unfortunately was put to sleep. Receptionists were lovely. The vet however gave me the filthiest look, said she was disappointed in me because I didn't bring her in sooner. Anyone who knows me know that my cats are my whole world. She made me feel like I abuse my animals. Fuming was an understatement. Hardest day for any pet owner without the vet jumping to conclusions and making me feel like complete 💩. I will never go there again and I would definitely not recommend. Been rescuing cats for over 25 years and never once made to feel like this from any vet. Need to do a customer service course
