From the moment we arrived, they were calm, gentle, and so compassionate with both Jessie and us. They treated her with dignity, spoke to us with genuine empathy, and made an unbearable moment feel a little less frightening.Their kindness, patience, and understanding meant everything. We will always be grateful for the way they cared for Jessie in her final moments and for the support they gave us as a family. Truly exceptional people. Hayley & Liv x

I feel confident we were given the best care and advice during our consultation. Reception and nursing staff were very helpful and friendly as always. Highly recommend!
- HMHarry MooreApr 14, 20265.0Took my little Smokey in on Friday as he was in pain but I didn’t know why. He didn’t want anyone going near his mouth. There was a temporary vet called Emma C and she was very kind and tried as much as possible to look into his mouth. It was late on a Friday and I know people want to get home asap but she got two of the other girls, Katie B and Charlie R, to go get him prepped for sedation whilst she was still seeing other clients. I’ve only lost my other dog 5 months ago so I was quite nervous about the sedation but Emma said his heartbeat was good and they’ll take good care of him. I waited there the whole time and Emma let me go up to see him to put my mind at ease. We didn’t find anything in his mouth or throat and today, 4 days later, he’s back to his old self and eating properly again. Thank you so much for your kindness and support throughout.
