We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our Jessie go today, and the team were nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, they were calm, gentle, and so compassionate with both Jessie and us. They treated her with dignity, spoke to us with genuine empathy, and made an unbearable moment feel a little less frightening.Their kindness, patience, and understanding meant everything. We will always be grateful for the way they cared for Jessie in her final moments and for the support they gave us as a family. Truly exceptional people. Hayley & Liv x

Visited today with concerns about one of my rabbits. The vet (Dermot) was lovely and was very thorough in checking her over. I feel confident we were given the best care and advice during our consultation. Reception and nursing staff were very helpful and friendly as always. Highly recommend!

Took my little Smokey in on Friday as he was in pain but I didn’t know why. He didn’t want anyone going near his mouth. There was a temporary vet called Emma C and she was very kind and tried as much as possible to look into his mouth. It was late on a Friday and I know people want to get home asap but she got two of the other girls, Katie B and Charlie R, to go get him prepped for sedation whilst she was still seeing other clients. I’ve only lost my other dog 5 months ago so I was quite nervous about the sedation but Emma said his heartbeat was good and they’ll take good care of him. I waited there the whole time and Emma let me go up to see him to put my mind at ease. We didn’t find anything in his mouth or throat and today, 4 days later, he’s back to his old self and eating properly again. Thank you so much for your kindness and support throughout.

If I could give zero stars to Regan Veterinary Group, I absolutely would.
Pet owners need to be aware of **Dr Chelsea Warrens** practices.
We took our cat Skye in with a clear infected bite wound and abscess. Unfortunately we were met by the same oblivious nurse who forced us to pay to put our cat down and report us to the RSPCA if we didn't do so. I had no choice and knew she was going to damage our cat again.
The vet nurse told us it would cost £120 to clean and treat it.
She took him upstairs and brought him back down minutes later and dumped him on the floor looking exactly the same as when he went up. The wound hadn’t been properly treated, drained, or cleaned. Nothing. It looked untouched. It genuinely felt like the “treatment” was either forgotten or barely attempted.
£120 for what appeared to be nothing more than a quick dab with water.
She also pushed penicillin tablets on our cat despite us clearly saying he cannot take tablets.
We took Skye to Go Vets the next day and they were surprised we were charged so much for such little treatment. Because the wound wasn’t properly handled the first time, our cat’s condition worsened and he now had to undergo surgery.
When we called the vets back to question what had happened, the response was just as bad. The nurse immediately became defensive and rude, bluntly telling us to “go somewhere else” and claiming that we had “accepted” the treatment. She told us to come back to get it treated again, but it would cost more. She then proceeded to say "Bye" and end the phone on our face. No professionalism at all with people who are concerned and worried about their pet. You should be trying to reason and calm owners down. Not talk arrogantly and saying you know better.
She claimed she “couldn’t clean inside the wound because the cat wouldn’t allow it.” Of course he wouldn’t — what cat is going to sit still while someone pokes around an open, infected wound with no anaesthetic? All you did was dab some water and charged us £120 with a straight face.
That attitude alone says everything. Why would we need to pay for treatment again if you claim you've already done so?
This experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly alarming. When you take a pet to a veterinary practice, you expect care, competence, and responsibility. Instead we were met with pressure to undergo questionable treatment, and open hostility when we raised concerns.
I would not trust this nurse with any animal. If you value your pet’s wellbeing, think very carefully before letting them anywhere near this practice.
I hope I publicly made people aware of her practises and file a complaint with RCVS tomorrow.
