Awful customer service tried to charge twice for medication for poorly kittens who needed it when i paid for extra delivery, now I have to take my kittens the vet all because they cant deliver meds on time. Staff were very nice and accommodating. However the 3 stars are because the fish did not look happy or well looked after. And the number of dead snails due to not tipping them was extraordinary.
I dont normally like buying fish here as staff didn't handle it well and admitted they didn't really know what they were doing but I hadn't been in a long time and hoped maybe they'd changed, we were driving past an I thought I'd give them a chance but I don't think I'd be buying fish there.
Abyss in Stockport is definitely the place and although it's really far for me it's worth the trip not watch the fish be butchered.
