- DHDawn Henry1 day ago5.0We attended on in the early hours due to our dog experiencing severe breathing issues and she was quickly taken in and looked after. Ben the vet was constantly updating us and spent a lot of time making sure the treatment was the right one and after a switch in meds, 4 days on oxygen and being looked after by the amazing team she has managed to come home. Thank you to everyone who looked after Pepper we are truly grateful ❤️
- HFHannah Fitchett4 days ago5.0We brought our little frenchie in today. From start to finish all staff were exceptional in their care, knowledge and approach. Our visit was an emergency and the care our beloved dog received was exceptional. A special thanks to Sarah (vet) who remained calm, empathetic and patient due to my husband and I being so worried. We are sat at home now with our dog who is full of meds but very comfortable. Hopefully we will all sleep well tonight. Thanks to you all.
- JAJames AndersonAug 24, 20265.0Went in after cutting my dogs nail a bit to short. 14 years, never done it before. The staff were and always have been excellent. Out of hours and seen as soon as we walked through the door by the receptionist and nurse. Half an hour later and our girl had been seen and dealt with. Excellent throughout. I highly recommend this vet’s. The staff were exceptional and friendly too. 10/10. Gypsy dog was very happy too. Thank you all of you.

Unfortunately my Chester has been diagnosed with the worst possible outcome but thank you to all the team that saved his life Friday. You’ve given me the chance to spend whatever weeks he has left surrounded by love and making new memories. Everyone we have seen has been so lovely and I thank you all. Please pass on everyone and to the wonderful surgical team who I didn’t manage to thank in the rush. It’s just a shame you’re not human doctors who can fix my heart which is completely broken. Sorry in which the circumstances I had to come to you, but thank you for all your help.
- UUUser1234Aug 15, 20265.0Just wanted to shout out Chloe on reception in Pet Medics in Worsley, you can tell from a mile off that she genuinely wanted to help us. The first two times we attended we were told they weren’t able to do a direct claim with insurance for us, we have spoken to Chloe for the first time today and she actually listened to everything we said and wanted to put a claim through, despite the policy only just beginning last week. She reviewed all of our policy documents, talked us through everything and explained everything so clearly - This is the type of service you expect for the amount of money you spend at these places. Really happy with the service and even if the claim isn’t accepted we are so appreciative that she decided to help us. In a hard time like this it is really appreciated and she is brilliant at her job.
