  Great staff, very helpful especially as one of two dogs is very nervous & erratic, vet took time which did help even if vet did not know it did. Thanks so much

  I brought my dog to the vets today for his injections, and unfortunately, what should have been a routine visit turned into an extremely upsetting experience. We were seen by a vet named Hannah, and based on our experience today, I would not recommend her. It took three attempts to administer my dog’s injections, which was distressing enough, but what made the situation even worse was how our concerns were handled. We felt that Hannah was extremely rude, dismissive and completely brushed off the concerns we raised about our dog. What makes this even more upsetting is that our first experience at this practice was absolutely lovely. We were so impressed and felt comfortable bringing our dog back, so to have such a completely different experience today has really changed our opinion of the vets. The most upsetting part is the impact this has had on my dog. Before today, he had never had a problem coming to the vets and was always completely fine with his visits. After what happened today, he was clearly affected and distressed, and it is heartbreaking to think that he may now associate the vets with fear and anxiety. I am extremely angry and disappointed with the way both my dog and we were treated today. I understand that things can sometimes go wrong during veterinary treatment, but I expect concerns to be listened to and treated with respect and compassion — especially when it involves the wellbeing and comfort of someone’s pet. I sincerely hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened today, because this experience has left us extremely upset and disappointed.
