My sister was absolutely in bits and so upset due to the way she was treated on Monday 15th June. Her cat Milo who was 21 years old and very ill was taken there. The Spanish vet who saw Milo suggested that my sister had mistreated him.
Her attitude was appalling towards her and she was very cutting with the way she spoke to her.
At 21 years old, and having looked after Milo so well, what an awful way to speak to someone who is losing their precious pet.
Shame on you!!

My partner came home crying her eyes out because these people have made her feel so bad and pushed her into paying for £240 for an ultrasound that was absolutely not needed. They made her feel like we neglect our cat. My partner repeatedly said we couldn’t afford treatment at this time and she was badgered into using a credit card. Asked if we were on benefits. Asked why we don’t have insurance. Told her to pay in instalments. Etc. This is pushy sales technique which you do expect or want from medical professionals. Do not go to this vets. I am so angry at them. How dare they take that line with us. My cat is completely fine. Nothing wrong with her!

Understaffed. Cancelling twice in the space of 2 weeks. Disappointed. Will find a different practice.

I took my mum and her dog to this vets (been coming for years). Her paw was a little sore. Turns out paw was ok so just her claws clipping was all that was needed. My mum paid the bill £50/60ish in full there at the desk. Job done. A few weeks later while my mum was in hospital she was getting phone calls abruptly telling she owed them money and had not paid the full bill!! She is still ill (only just come out of hospital) and yet she has now got a letter for this £17 she apparently owes. I just think it's really unprofessional to bill the incorrect amount and then with a rude manner telephone demanding extra money telling a woman while laying in a hospital bed that you that you didn't pay your bill in full. No... let's get this straight.. you made an admin error with the invoice and even this I'm doubting. Perhaps it would have been more professional to have telephoned and apologised for the admin error and politely ask that the extra amount could be invoiced once she is out of hospital. It's a shame that customer service is so terrible now. Will be getting my mum to find a better vet practice.
