Super helpful staff! Only downside is that if you want anything other than cat litter then all the cat items are upstairs. This isn't a problem for most people, and there is a disabled lift, howver it is one of the ones where you hold the button and it's loud, so if you are going in for cat items, struggle with stairs, and don't like using access lifts then it might be worth either going to another pets at home or doing a click and collect! Otherwise for a "medium" sized pets at home store they have a good range of stock and everyone there is super friendly and helpful!!
