Mabel had her Spay operation on Friday. Lindsay was brilliant in explaining the full procedure to me and put me at ease that she was in safe hands. The receptionist when dropping her off was welcoming and friendly especially as I was so nervous for Mabel. I called the practice for an update and the lady that answered the phone had looked after Mabel all day and spoke to me about how she was doing which was really nice to hear. A great welcoming team and would definitely recommend :) xx

Having had great experiences in the past today brings distrust anger and the feeling of profiteering, a simple dental procedure tartar removal and cleaning was discussed and treatment booked, so we turned up for the appointment only to be provided with an estimate for up to nine teeth to be removed. Not by a recognised diagnosis but a worst case scenario! When another vet looked at my dogs teeth she said that they were not that bad. This is a disgusting and disgraceful situation where you are being held to ransom for the welfare and health of your pet. Not on a diagnosis but on an estimate carried out after the pet had left. I always thought that profit came first these days this does nothing but to confirm that feeling. Disgraceful behaviour

Had a visit today with my three dogs, it's a challenging event, as they all hate the vets. Kealey was very gentle cutting their nails and welcoming, she listened and provided great care advice and service, they all did not show enough appreciation as they don't understand. Thanks again. I know you all do a great job.

This vets seems fantastic. I popped in today as ive two new guinea pigs. Whilst they do not specialise in exoctics they were reassuring that they were able to give me reassurance my 2 boars are okay and give them a basic health check. They managed to get me a appt the same day, which was kind and incredibly helpful as i was worried and have limited availabilty due to shift work.
The vet i saw was really kind, knoweldgeable and reassuring and took time to answer all my questions and even signposted me to a specialist forum. I really liked they had seperate cat and dog waiting areas. Reception staff and nursing team were kind and friendly. I had a brilliant experience, especially as i was anxious about my new pets and can find certian appointments somewhat difficult. I didnt feel rushed and was incredibly happy with this experience. Would really reccomend.
