We sadly has to unexpectedly put our dog to sleep, this was the first time we had needed to use this vets after moving from a previous vets where we had sadly had a bad experience. As an owner I was extremely nervous to be going somewhere new and unknown.
Each person I had contact with was amazong, so caring, kind, professional and patient. They understood my feelings, shock and upset and respected me and my boy so beautifully. They made an extremely hard experience, bearable with the love and care they provided throughout, nothing was rushed and they gave me the chance to be with him till the end. I will be forever grateful for the service they provided along with the genuine care and compassion from start to finish. I would reccomend these vets to anyone who had a pet that needs treatment.

Really disappointing experience. We had an appointment booked for 11:30am for our cat, who was already unwell and understandably distressed being in her carrier. We got there for around 11.15am with no mention of the vet running late at all.
The animal before us had left by around 11:40am, yet by just after 12pm we still hadn’t been called in, despite being the only people waiting. The vet walked past us twice during this time without acknowledging the delay or giving us any indication of how much longer we would be waiting.
Our cat became so distressed being kept in her carrier for that long that she ended up urinating in it. At that point we decided to leave and will be taking her elsewhere.
I completely understand that veterinary practices can run behind and that emergencies happen, but communication costs nothing. If there was going to be a significant delay, someone could simply have let us know and given us the option to reschedule rather than leaving a distressed animal sitting in a carrier indefinitely with no update.
It could have been handled so much better, and unfortunately the lack of consideration and communication has really put us off returning.
