I had my dog's (Zeus) grooming done at Pets at Home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Ruby and Rihanna did a fabulous job and went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and well cared for. It was clear they treated him with extra love, patience, and attention throughout the grooming session.
He came back looking fantastic, and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. I would highly recommend their grooming services to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about pets.

I visited Pets at Home in Uxbridge to collect an online order. Unfortunately, the order was delayed by a day, and I received a call letting me know it wouldn't be ready when originally expected.
The store itself is large, well-stocked, and has everything you could need for your pets, from food and accessories to small animals such as guinea pigs and pet rats.
What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The lady at the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. It turned out that part of my order hadn't arrived, but she quickly found a solution and sorted everything out for me. As a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience, she even gave us an extra box, which was a nice touch.
It's clear that the staff genuinely care about their customers and their pets. I would happily shop here again. The loyalty programme is also worth joining, with some great discounts and offers available.

I recently visited Pets at Home in Uxbridge Cowley Retail Park with my new kitten and had such a lovely experience. Riley was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me choose the correct sizes for everything my kitten needed, explained the food options properly, and also told me about the discounts available when registering a new kitten, which was really appreciated.
At the tills, Jackie was also wonderful — very friendly, patient, and helpful with even more questions I had.
Overall, the whole team were welcoming and approachable. What I really liked was that if someone wasn’t completely sure of something, they would always get another team member who could properly help, rather than just guessing.
A really positive experience and I would definitely return to this store again. Thank you to Riley, Jackie, and the rest of the team!
