I would have given a 0. This was myb1st visit to the Sydenham branch. Ive visited pets at home across the South over the last 6 years and always enjoyed my experience even if sometimes things are more expensive than online shops. My new puppy was quite nervous when I attending a previous store and the shop lady was lovely. This time when arriving i could hear shouting kids running round constantly pressing the squeaky pig and other loud noise making toys, running round knocking things off shelves, running up and dow stairs and knocking in the glass with the guinea pigs in. I saw staff and a security guard by the till but they didnt so anything. Whilst i was looking at the harnesses sone with prices on some with them off likd i was at a market stsll the 2 boys appeared and saud your puppy looks locely and started to rush forward snd i told them to stop as they would frighten my puppy and fair dogs though it took a few seconds to understand they said ok and they ran off theybapoeared again a couple of minutes later with the pig toys constantly pressing and again frightening my puppy again i asked the boys to move away and they understood and went off. Thus was quite stressful for my puppy and at that point I just left, ghe 1st time ive ever left a store without at least purchasing a treat, I wont be visiting there again and will purchase online
