This isn’t my local store but I come here due to the size, today my task was to find a new fish-tank filter, the first person I asked for help (didn’t catch his name!) was working his first shift but regardless he was super polite and didn’t seem “new” - we then crossed paths with Jack who was super knowledgeable and friendly which led to many more questions and ultimately left the store feeling like we can run our own aquarium! Already planning to come back for our next pet visit

The staff were very rude to us. We came in and and kids were excited and were looking at all the animals. We wanted to get 2 gerbils. They did not let us because we were “ indecisive” and he said this in a rude way. After we left we called to ask when we would be able to get one they put us on hold the hung up we tryed calling they picked up noticed it’s us and hung up and then wouldn’t pick up our calls
