Multiple areas — including feet, face, and chest — were left unfinished, and the work carried out was patchy and incomplete. The groomer acknowledged approximately one hour of work remained outstanding. Our position is straightforward: Under Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, every service must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Where it is not, the consumer is entitled under Section 55 to require the trader to re-perform the service at no additional cost and at no material inconvenience to the consumer. We have yet to get any reasonable resolution by Pets 4 Home despite this being outstanding for over a month. This is now being escalated further

I'm not here to lie - yes, she had knots. But what happened after is completely unacceptable. Since leaving, Ella has been extremely uncomfortable. She spent the entire night restless, constantly scratching her body, shaking her ear in pain, and unable to settle. I didn't sleep at all because of how distressed she was. This morning, I checked her more closely and noticed irritated skin, including around her ear and even near her eye. This is NOT normal after grooming. Ella is one of the calmest dogs I've ever known, so this level of discomfort is very concerning and clearly caused by how she was handled. To make things worse, I was charged £63 for this. I'm honestly shocked at the lack of care and professionalism. This has been one of the most irresponsible experiences I've had. I truly wish I had seen the other negative reviews before coming here.
