Today I had an appointment at 2:00 PM for my two cats. Unfortunately, anyone who lives in London knows how unpredictable travel can be due to constant roadworks and traffic. About 50 minutes before the appointment, while already travelling with my two stressed and crying cats, I called the clinic to let them know I would be around 20 minutes late. I spoke to MARTA, who was extremely unprofessional and showed no understanding whatsoever of how difficult it is to travel a long distance with two distressed cats. MARTA told me that because they were fully booked, they could not see us if we arrived 20 minutes late. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been bringing my cats to this clinic for over 3 years, and on many occasions I have had to wait 10–20 minutes past my appointment time. Apparently, when they run late, it’s normal. When a customer is delayed due to circumstances beyond their control, they simply don’t care. This visit was only for vaccinations, a procedure that takes just a couple of minutes. Instead, after nearly an hour of travelling with two stressed animals, she was told to come back another day. The complete lack of empathy for both the animals and their owners was shocking. I even explained to MARTA that if they could not be helpful or accommodate us, I would have to find another veterinary practice. Her response was simply: “OK.” That one word told me everything I needed to know about how much they value long-term customers and their pets. I will now be looking for a new vet. This has been one of the biggest disappointments I have ever experienced from a veterinary practice. If you truly care about your dog or cat, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The entire experience felt unprofessional, but MARTA’S attitude in particular was disappointing, unfriendly, and completely lacking in compassion. I genuinely regret bringing my cats here for the past three years. Never again!!!

Zoe was amazing in helping us adopt Willow, and a true asset to the company. Her bubbly personality and friendly approach made the whole experience feel personal rather than scripted. Thank you Zoe for all your help today and making my daughter very happy.

Rayyan Elodimour is an amazing vet, calm, patient and so caring with our Rottweiler, Kyra. Vet visits used to be stressful but since we found Rayyan they’re now calm and easy, full of treats and trust. We couldn’t recommend her enough and also, thank you to the lovely lady at the vets reception, who was so lovely. 🥰

Very disappointed with our experience after our cat Luna’s spay operation. We were originally told that the operation price included post-op check-ups and medication, but since the surgery we’ve had confusing information, repeated appointments, and unexpected extra charges. Luna had surgery on 6 May and we were already called back on the 9th, then again on the 13th, with yet another appointment booked for the 16th. After speaking to other vets, this seems excessive, especially as we kept being told the scar “looked fine.” The communication around medication was also extremely poor. We were not given clear written instructions after surgery and later discovered we didn’t even have enough painkillers. When we called for advice, one vet told us to stop giving painkillers altogether because they are harsh on the stomach — only for us to later be sold more painkillers at the next appointment. We were also charged again for medication despite being told over the phone that post-operative medication was included in the original price. The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency and professionalism. No proper paperwork or written notes were provided after check-ups, only verbal comments. When we questioned the charges and conflicting information, the response from staff was dismissive and rude rather than helpful. Overall, the whole experience has felt unclear, poorly communicated, and focused on generating extra charges rather than patient care. We are now looking to move our cat to a different veterinary practice.

Clean and welcoming but the service is just awful. I’m going there regularly and each time it’s such an effort to get any help at the fish section and once this is done paying at the register is a joke, you can easily get stuck behind one person with 3 items for 8-10 minutes No customer service awareness at all
