Tall man with long braids had a passive aggressive/ arrogant attitude, I came in 15 minutes before they closed, plenty time to buy my daughters hamster food, I felt unwelcome and pressured to leave when browsing the store, will find a better pet shop with approachable welcoming staff opposed to this one, avoid!!!
