Really disappointed, we wanted to buy an hamster and we where waiting for someone around to help us but none was around so we went in the counter to ask to ask if we could buy an hamster and the girl with long black hair came to us asking which hamster and when we told her that we wanted to see which one she said no is too late and the process take more then 1hour and the shop is closing in 30 min and we told her that is not gonna take long time because we have already everything as us having already an hamster and I think is refocus especially because it was a mother with her daughter next to us buying an hamster 5 min before us and buying all the equipment for it

I use this store a lot and the service is excellent. Except today. Wasn't able to use a voucher because she already put everything through the till. Normally get asked for pet club card and offered a bag when buying multiple times. Not today. Disappointed

My cat was sickly and the local vets weren't very helpful. I went to pets at home to see if there were any useful products. I was intrigued by their advisory service so asked a member of staff for help. Charlotte was just astonishingly knowledgeable, immediately showing me a range of products, explained how they worked, and how to use them. The cat is reacting well to her treatment and new diet. I'll definitely make this place my regular, esp as my cat gets older and will require specialised diets etc.
