I am extremely satisfied with this vet clinic! I brought my cat here for an examination, and they treated her with so much kindness and patience. We received expert care, and everything was explained to me clearly. I highly recommend them to all pet owners

Two hamsters in one unit only big enough for one. These are solitary animals that should have one unit each. The hamsters looked very panicked, very distressed and desperately trying to escape the unit. Only one tiny area to shelter. Spoke to the shop manager and asked if one hamster could be moved to another unit. She was unconcerned, indifferent to the distress of these animals and blew me off with a "they'll be sold soon". So much for the Pets at Home claim of pets before profit and concern for the well-being of pets! Will report to the RSPCA as this is an animal welfare issue, and to Pets at Home head office. I've taken a photograph as evidence.
By the way, Dreamies for cats are much cheaper to buy at a supermarket than Pets at Home!
