- KBKeviN BrownApr 11, 20265.0Excellent experiences with this practice and the team over many years. As of yesterday received fantastic service from both Grace and the team on the reception desk. Prices are better than most but the team always try to make the process as smooth and painless as possible when paying the bill or involving insurance. Helpful reminders when medication is due. Highly recommend the Healthy Pet Club. It has saved us a lot of money and stress over the years. Never once heard any complaints from the staff whilst I was in there, always polite and friendly. I asked for the feedback card, it wasn't forced on me like some companies.
