Hamster cage plastic components snapped off a month after buying and small hamster house broke whilst trying to assemble it . Tried to return the hamster house to Pets at home Croydon, manager seemed very abrupt even though it clearly hadn’t been used but I couldn’t remember the date purchased. All I wanted was the broken one replaced. Second time I’ve received poor service.

I am absolutely disgusted with how badly they have groomed my dog. I went in yesterday for my toy poodle and i honestly was so shocked at how TERRIBLE the cut was. My dog is shaved uneven and i requested not to shave too much. No care was given. I will not be going back.

I did click and collect for a hamster cage. When I got the cage I thought something was missing as online it said it has tunnels with it, this cage was missing. I went back inside and the guy on the till was very helpful considering they was closing soon. He talked to the manager and offered us tunnels of their own brand and checked to make sure it would fit the cage but sadly it did not fit. He did apologise as there ment to check items before going into the click and collect cubord to make sure it is all there the items. Sadly it was not and I got a refund on the item.
I am disappointed that I did not get the item I wanted on click and collect as I got a pro active hamster and it is very hard to find a good cage with tunnels for them to climb. But happy of the service of finding a solution.
