Very disappointed with my experience at Pets at Home Brentford.
I visited the vet with my seriously ill cat, who was continuously vomiting, and was asked to stay on-site by the veterinary team. After receiving a parking charge, I returned to the store and was clearly told that it would be cancelled.
Nothing was done. Instead, I received a Final Reminder.
The parking charge itself is not the main issue – the broken promise is. If Pets at Home cannot follow through on a simple commitment, it raises concerns about how customers can trust the company when it really matters.
As a result, I have cancelled my pet insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere. A very disappointing experience.

Avoid this place . I took my puppy for her second vaccine they suggested to do the flu vaccine as well which I did . Since then she has had a cough that doesn’t go away . So I went there today to check why this is happening since she was ok before this vaccine , and they wouldn’t even have a vet check if this is ok they wanted for me to wait one week for an appointment that was going to be charged anyway . Found it very unfair so I will not go back to this place cause they obviously do not care about your pet .

Absolutely appalling service at the aqua station
We purchased our betta fish from here so when we saw he had a disease we came to ask for some medicine. They gave us the wrong medicine and failed to tell us to remove the carbon filter which just absorbed all of it.
We went a second time to buy the correct medicine and did everything right, but it was too late.
Their incompetence and negligence has cost us a life. Do not trust their medical advice on fish, make sure to do your own research.

The staff ( both female ) are very demeaning and derogatory. The lady at the till would roll her eyes with frustration, then she called her colleague and the way she explained the whole situation with making bunny fingers and taking deep breaths out of frustration, would never let set my foot in this branch. The next closest pets at home was in Richmond m. Drove there such a helpful staff with positive and welcoming attitude.
