Very disappointing experience with the grooming service at Pets at Home.
When I collected my dog Tari, the hygiene around his bottom area had not been cleaned properly. I raised this concern and even showed a photo of the specific area, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, the groomer became defensive and tried to justify the situation.
There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the problem. I was simply told that I should find another groomer.
I chose Pets at Home because I trusted their reputation, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope the management takes customer concerns more seriously.
