  Had another great visit to this outstanding vet practice today. Friendly and welcoming staff. Appointments never feel rushed. Vets take time to listen to pet parents concerns, check pets physically and discuss diagnosis and a suggested treatment plan/options. Convenient online booking available, good parking facilities and clean and comfortable reception. When my boy Harry was quite poorly last winter, suffering nose bleeds, had to be referred for scans, have a big dental procedure, etc, the care and follow-up calls that I received from both vet and nursing staff, even out of usual opening hours, really surprised me. Patient care really matters here. I wish my GP practice felt as accessible and reassuring as taking my greyhounds Harry & Star to see their favorite Doggie Doctor Marek and all the team at Old Courts. I think Star and Harry rather like the treats jar at reception though, which is conveniently at perfect greyhound head height too😉 I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to other pet parents.

  We registered our 2 cats here when we moved to the area and we've been really impressed with the service we've had. They're in the Healthy Pet Club and we get a helpful reorder email for wormers and flea treatment. Nipped one cat along for a nail trim and it was a really quick job, the nurse was amazing. Always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

  Absolutely brilliant vets, I cannot praise them enough! But particularly Patty, the veterinary nurse, who is a little superstar! Our dog had become fearful of attending the vets (for no particular reason). We had to literally carry her in, but now after Pattys dedication, kindness and patience through regular ‘desensitisation’ sessions with her, she goes bounding in, her tail wagging, and is happy to greet everyone, and particularly Patty of course! She even had her vaccination today and didn’t even notice, (something unheard of in the past) she was too busy enjoying being fussed by Patty! I’d say that’s pretty amazing! Thanks so much Patty, Dux and team!
