Used this salon for years and was always really happy, had to keep coming back here after fosse park one kept cancelling our appts due to staff retention issues. Wife was 10 min late to one appt, was told cannot have the appt now and lost deposit, even though pretty much 100% of times we attend this salon, we arrive on time and have to wait around a similar amount of time to book our dog in, due to other dogs coming and going. The one tome the delay was caused by us, as opposed to the other way round, we’re turned away and loose deposit. We travelled 12 mile round trip to come here due to liking the staff and their work, however now found an independent salon much closer, as dissapointed with this after years of loyal service, now feel the milliage and and inconvenience of waiting around the shopping centre for 2 hours is no longer worth it.

They had a full groom and their nails clipped, and despite one of them usually feeling anxious, the groomers were incredibly gentle and reassuring. We arrived a little early to collect them so were able to watch from a distance, and it was clear how well they handled and cared for both dogs. At the end, they even brought one of the dogs over to the other so they could feel settled together, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a really lovely experience from start to finish. The team were patient, attentive and truly fantastic. Highly recommended.
