I love visiting pets at home, seeing all the pets in store and shopping for my pets is always a treat in itself. One staff member was particularly pleasant and offered to carry my new heavy fishtank to the car. Thought that was very kind and I am grateful for his support. Will certainly be back. :)

Recently refurbished. They have a great range of items for all animals, staff is lovely. There is also a vets above which are great too!

Literally every time I go in here the staff will leave the checkout when there is a line forming. They look at you, walk away, and just stand around talking. It's genuinely baffling, they either couldn't care less about customers or have some kind of tracker on how long they spend at the tills and will spontaneously combust if they go over their limit.
