Really disappointed with the service we received. Brooke was extremely rude and came across as dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customer service should make people feel respected and listened to, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience at all.
I hope this is addressed, as the way staff speak to customers can have a big impact on their overall experience.

Been going in this pet shop for years. But now its dirty and staff + manager are so rude. What I horrible place go to. The manager needs sacking full stop. Never going back ill be go to Leeds for my pet food now
