Horrible customer service
Walked in ready to buy a fish, but ended up walking out empty-handed because of the staff's attitude. Incredibly unhelpful and rude. If you want a pleasant shopping experience, go somewhere else.

Previously bought fish from this store to live alongside my male betta as paws for thought closed. Was told at the time it would be fine to live together. Within a week half of my tank had white spot and some of the fish died. Bearing in mind the tank has been running fine for the past 2 years with no white spot issues. I went back to the same store to get another betta as I had thought it could’ve been a bad batch or the type of fish they had in at the time, to be told they can’t sell me a betta as it can’t live alongside guppies, even though they sold me them originally to live with mine. The manager kept repeating its company policy when she didn’t know what to say, assuming she had very little knowledge on what she was trying to explain. Best part about it they had the betta in the tank with mollies that had larger tails than the guppies. Would avoid this store when it comes down to fish.
