I visited to buy some aquarium fish and selected 3 pairs, planning to get a 4th pair as well. Unfortunately, the lady staff who served me seemed to be in a rush and told me they don’t sell fish after 3:30pm on Sundays, even though it was only 3:45pm and the store closes at 4pm. She had already caught 3 pairs for me, and it would have only taken a minute to catch one more pair, so it felt a bit disappointing and unhelpful.
The other staff members were good and friendly, and the guy at the till was especially polite, well-mannered, and very welcoming, which made the overall experience better.
I hope customer service can be a bit more consistent, as I do like the store and the rest of the team were great.
