bad experience! Very rude and intimidating staff! Young girl with dark hair and lots of nose piercings!Went to buy a rabbit for my son , told we had the buy two together they weren’t allowed to sell separately which is fine, however the staff member spoke to us like we were stupid! Told us she wouldn’t sell us a hutch that is stated on the website as rabbit/guinea pig as it’s not for rabbits and told us we need to do research and basically made us feel like idiots for trying to buy a pet at pets at home!! Wouldn’t recommend anything for us and no help what so ever! Avoid at all costs if you actually want a pet

The staff are OK, everything you need.. Unhelpful dismissive veterinary staff (the vet is an independent business which is not part of Pets at Home) if you're not registered with them, which is their perogative... Plenty of interesting and varied purchases similar to searching on Amazon but actually hands on. Good to visit.
