My dog had an appointment for grooming at 5pm and they didn’t even take him in for grooming was not interested when we spoke to the staff we just got told it was too late even tho it was there fault for not calling him in what a shambles of a place, they was quick enough to take my deposit tho but didn’t like it when I asked for it back wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone such rude arrogant staff 😡
