I’ve been to this vets for 10 years, in those years I’ve seen the. Fall in love with the amimal straight Away but they also are lovely with everyone and do their best to adapt to physical problems of your on .They really are so Caring, compassionate, competent, committed, amazing at communicating and very responsive to any needs.
I would recommend this veterinary Centre to everyone and anyone. No words can express how much I appreciate them.
When calling the usual receptionists are absolutely lovely, polite, understanding, patient and just caring all together. They go above and beyond for your. Furr babies. One of the vets walked out due to low blood pressure and asked me to ring when I get home to make sure I’m safe, she went out of her way to carried my carrier to the car due to back problems I would say about so many occasions if I had the time.

We sadly had to make the tough, heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year old cat Molly today. I cannot thank vet Alejandro and his team for their support and comfort. I was able to hold Molly during the procedure, and she was so calm and peaceful ✌️ Thanks so much Ashfield

Disgusted how my cat was treated on his final days the emergency vet in Halifax that grace wants sacking her attitude stinks. And for the vet to allow this behaviour is disgysting .
18 years of old age and also not told my cat will be sent to cremations place in Cheshire to make money for themselves it’s disgusting .
Then travelled up as requested from myslef as he is part of life and family .
These vets Ashfield which are CVS. are all money making people it’s disgusting il never in my life use these again they if I ever had a rescue cat or dog 🐕 .
The people at the top are all for themselfs final and il pass this to friends also
Is t it funny on my last review not any of the top greedy heartless people came back in my comment. Just shows how they would treat a human actually you don’t even deserve 1 star

We popped in for an unannounced emergency visit - a dog bite.
Nic the receptionist hopped straight on it and I was seen before I coukd finish the story!
Jo the vet, was amazing. She was patient with my large breed who was clearly in pain and discomfort. Jo didnt show any hesitation and allowed me to hold my dog still as she administered emergency first aid, checked the wound in depth and stapled her back together. The appropriate medications were administered and she is on the mend.
The team were understanding with costs and were incredibly fast with forwarding over the notes to my usual practice - of course it happens when youre 400 miles from home, right?!
Thank you so much. My dog was seen next day by her vet and they were very happy with what had been done.
Highly recommend this vets. Ive used many vets uk wide - but this vet really went above and beyond to make sure my pup was ok
