- SRSharon RodgersOct 1, 20251.0My dog went for a full groom. When I picked him up he looked ok. Later that day he started scratching on inspection he was full of fleas. He did not have fleas on arrival. Had to take to vet to get specialist treatment skin was that bad. I would not recommend.

The staff have always been great and cannot fault them, the service provided is limited. We need nail cutting and paw fur trimmed however for some reason there is only 1 member of staff working on a Saturday and they are unable to do much else other than cut nails. Surely a Saturday would be busy/busier if more pampering and grooming activities could be done
- JAJessica AnneMar 14, 20231.0First experience here and last….I arrived early to have a lo downstairs in the shop,I happened to look up and see my dog being ‘groomed’ ‘more like ripped to shreads.He’s a Pomeranian so very fluffy and I did tell the girl on arrival he can snap a little when being brushed.I saw her dragging the comb through his hair really roughly with no consideration at all, he was besides himself snapping and crying.She eventually put a mussel on him,by then I had walked upstairs and she totally changed her way of grooming him once she saw me.Disgusting treatment from people who are supposed to care for animals.He’s only 10 months old and will no doubt be traumatised after what she did today.

And pass you book to book, the staff didn’t seem to understand me which I found it quite problematic and I think it’s not great customer service in slightest. I’ve worked is customer service myself over the years and the ways and means how it could be approved. And believe me that’s not them all, just some and not giving me direct answers and I know my pet well probably more then what they seemed to know themselves.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
