- KTKate ThorpeMar 24, 20225.0Visited today with my little shih tzu puppy. Upon arrival I was informed that the stylist had unfortunately left earlier in the day due to being poorly. The young girl was extremely apologetic and explained that she had forgotten to take my contact number when booking and therefore couldn’t contact me to let me know. It was disappointing due to travelling from Burnley and waiting a while to get in but it couldn’t be helped. The trainee offered to bath and brush her free of charge which was a lovely gesture. When I returned I was so pleased to be told the gentleman downstairs who used to be the groomer had trimmed her eyes, paws and bottom for me which I was so incredibly thankful for. I was also offered a 25% discount when she returns for her proper groom. They went above and beyond to make things right today and I’m very grateful. Lovely staff and I can’t wait to bring Coco back. Thanks again!
