  Avoid. I’ve been let down twice—both times my appointment was cancelled when I arrived. They blamed sickness but made no effort to contact me beforehand. Completely unacceptable to have customers travel for nothing. Very poor customer service.

  Staff who delt with us come across ignorant. She made the point to say our dog might come out wet because not all dogs like dryers,we was told it would be an hour,just over 30mins we got a call to pick him up..he was wet through,it’s like she knew already she couldn’t be assed drying him,He’s a big dog,wasn’t worth the hassle,I’d rather just mess about at home and bath him,definitely wouldn’t recommend.

  Very rude and patronising girl on the phone when I booked another groom, talked to friends they backed up what I thought, called the day after to cancel. Will not go back here ..

  Not been for a couple of years cuz of covid and been doing my best bathing my senior GSD X at home. But so happy the service is just as great as it always was, if not better. The groomer really did an amazing job and was so lovely to both dog and owner. My girl is looking like a fluffy puppy again despite being 13 and I can tell she feels better for it. I'm just sorry the undercoat is all over the shop, whoops, but gonna save me so much brushing (and hoovering), so thank you! Definitely be back soon, my girl does love her spa day
