- LPLinda PatersonApr 27, 20262.0My cavapoo was recently groomed here. I realise he was quite matted and had to have his coat short but overall I was very disappointed. His face was not even, nor under his jaw. I had to trim it myself to even it up. It really looked hacked. Also there were a few straggly bits on his ears that hadn't been cut properly. Again I had to snip them. I hesitated before posting as the girls are so lovely but I was expecting a better groom. £65 is a lot of money for me as a pensioner. The last groom Nico had here was great which is why I returned but sadly I won't be back
- NSNicola SylvesterOct 19, 20251.0Went here yesterday with my dog so she could get a haircut and me and my partner asked for a teddy bear haircut in which the women replied with she can’t have that as she is mated and doesn’t have the time to do it, then we went on to say we don’t want it short cause it’s getting colder outside.We left her for a couple of hours to return to a dog who had next to no hair, we were very angry with this and won’t be returning.What a disgrace of a place and now left my dog to shake and shiver cause of how short her hair is ,They need to start caring more about the dog rather than the time they have to do it,I will be taking it further as we paid £60 for something we didn’t want in the first place. Don’t waste your time going here.

They really care for her and her wellbeing looking after her ears, paws and her grooming. Lockdown was hard for her and she became overgrown. Ladies advised me professionally, without judgment, and gave her the cut that was kindest to her . Would not go anywhere else

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
