- WKWiktoria Kapica5 days ago1.0Can’t even get an appointment. My dog’s groom has been cancelled exactly one day before the appointment 3 times consecutively. They don’t offer closer spots either. It’s a completely joke.
- CRChristopher RusheJan 30, 20241.0I took my dog for a groom at Pets at Home Glasgow Forge today 30/01/2024 and I am not very happy with the service and attitude of the staff at the store, no help towards my enquiries. I feel as if my dog has not been cut or trimmed she just looks the same as what she did when she went in, I paid £37 and I expect to have a haircut, and I was also charged £5 for being late but there was only a mention of this online if you are 30 minutes late not 15 minutes so why have I been charged. When I dropped off my dog or when the staff phoned me twice I was never told or informed that I would be charged until I received my receipt, which is not good Customer service.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
